Program Description

Starting off with CrossFit can be intimidating. Our guided intro experience will help you learn the basics of doing functional movements safely and effectively, with personal attention and training with an expert coach. 


This program lets you move at your own pace and includes:

  • Intro to Fitness
  • CrossFit Fundamentals
  • Athletic Development Course
Work you way up to joining our group classes
Learn proper form to be as safe and effective as possible
Gain a greater understanding of overall fitness
Work 1-on-1 with exceptional coaches
