  • WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOVEMENT AND/OR CROSSFIT WORKOUT?  I love the girls workouts, hero workouts, and even daily wods.  A lot of times I’ll look at a workout, hate it on paper but love doing it.  I favorite movement is all the movements.
  • ANY ADVICE FOR SOMEONE NEW TO HEAT WAVE CROSSFIT?  Stay consistent!  You’ll get stronger with CrossFit and your body composition will change but you’ll see the best results when you get your nutrition in check.
  • WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO CROSSFIT AND WHAT KEEPS YOU HERE?  Tim Williams Introduced me to it when I was coaching cross country at River Valley.  I was doing it religiously for over a year before the local box opened up.
  • WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE, BOOK QUOTE AND /OR JOKE?  “Don’t take life too seriously, you’ll never get out alive!” – Van Wilder

  • WHAT IS SOMETHING THAT THE MEMBERS MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU?  I don’t like to dance.  It just happens when I’m having a good time!
