  • What do you do in your free time?  Sew, read, travel to see my kids and grand kids.
  • What is your favorite movement and/or CrossFit Workout?  Push Press but I love/hate them all;)
  • Any advice for someone new to Heat Wave CrossFit?  Be consistent and patient, challenge yourself and enjoy the process.  Hard Work Pays Off!
  • What brought you into CrossFit and what keeps you here?  I needed a fitness routine that provided a challenge and produce results.  The struggles that become successes and the community with common goals keeps me coming back.
  • What’s your favorite movie?  Overboard
  • What is something the members might not know about you?  A lot….lol….I used to eat donuts?
